These refunds apply if the patient(s) themselves wish to cancel the treatment (rather than our clinical team making the decision on medical grounds) provided the decision is made before having any stimulation injections, or there have been any monitoring scans and blood tests.

This non-refundable deposit is to cover costs by the clinic prior to the cancellation date, namely for consent appointment, coordination of treatment dates, prescriptions and all over administrative involvement.

The regulatory body, the HFEA levies a fee on a number of infertility treatments, and the charge is included in the prices outlined above.

Embryos, Sperm and Eggs in storage will incur an annual storage fee and you will be contacted each year to confirm that you wish to continue with storage.

Independent counselling is provided by GCRM-Belfast free of charge for up to 3 hours of counselling per treatment cycle.  It is available during and for three months after treatment has finished.

In the event of an unexpected interruption to our services outside of our control, your treatment may have to be cancelled.  In this case you will be entitled to a full refund.
